That would be a very bad idea, I've been in many private servers and as results I've seen some with mod/admin pply sections, I would say people hire newbies and inactive members when the selfest staff don't know. That may result in abusing of admin and mod powers.

My suggestion is you should hir InGame and watch players you seem interesting and may do a good job. You should look for players that are active and helpful.
